Getting Started at CROSSFIT EVOLVE

We make it as simple as possible for you to start training with us. Regardless of you athletic experience or current fitness level, you will be provided the opportunity to learn the basic exercises, techniques, and terminology before participating in regular workouts.

1. Visit The Gym

We want to show you our gym, explain what we do and how we do it, hear your goals, and share with you how we can help you reach them. Please check out the gym schedule so you can come visit while a class is going on.

2. Prepare

You’ll either schedule a Test Out (for those with prior CrossFit experience) or Foundations Sessions. These are scheduled individually and based on your schedule. You will have to contact us to schedule Foundations and Test-Outs.

3. Membership

Once you complete your Test Out or Foundations, you’ll choose a membership option that works best for you.

Picking the right CrossFit gym is important! Looking at websites and social media isn’t enough. Stop in for a visit and you’ll get to see exactly what we do and why it works so well.

Foundations Sessions


This is how people who are new to CrossFit training start at Evolve.

The Foundations Sessions are two private personal training sessions, each lasting approximately 90 minutes. During this one-on-one time with a CrossFit Evolve coach you will learn and practice the fundamental movements of CrossFit. We will also show you around the gym, discuss your goals and expectations, and we’ll teach you everything you need to know about working out at CrossFit Evolve to get you started on the right foot.

Foundations Sessions are scheduled with a coach based on your availability. Following completion of your Foundations Sessions you’ll choose one of our membership options.

Discounted Rate: Police, Fire, EMS, Military, Couples, College, and Grad Students: $115/Month

Coming from another CrossFit gym? Contact us to schedule a short test-out session so we can watch you move, make sure we’re on the same page with terminology, and hear your expectations!

Limited Workouts: 8 Per Month


Don’t need an unlimited membership? No problem, we have you covered with this 8 workouts per month option.
