The Winter 2019 session of CrossFit Evolve Kids is underway. The next session will be in late spring/early summer.
The goal of the CrossFit Kids program is develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports and life in general. Although we work on teaching good movement and improving fitness, the focus of the CrossFit Evolve Kids program is still on fun!
