I’m sure you’ve noticed the longer duration workouts with ALL the running, the large doses of pushing and pulling movements, the warmer weather….what does it all mean! It means it’s almost Memorial Day and we’re gonna throw down on MURPH! As we have done for the last 10 years, we will open the doors wide, blast the jams, and get after this special Hero WOD. 

As the day gets closer you might choose to support the Murph Challenge (and get a t-shirt) or the Green Beret Foundation, and that’s awesome. We would like to take this opportunity to also inform you about a local veterans organization that we support called the Northern Colorado Veterans Resources. Rochelle a long-time gym member, works at this organization and it just feels right to be able to support a group doing such good for those that have served. The big takeaway for us is not suffering through a workout or donating money or getting a t-shirt, it’s taking the time to stop and remember. Remember the sacrifices made by the men and women of our nation and their families. We cant wait to see your faces, challenge ourselves and enjoy a cold beverage after the workout. 

Logistics:

Classes will be at 9, 10:15, and 11:30. Class sizes will be capped at 20 people. Make sure to read the write-up and have a plan of how you are going to do the workout safely. We will have multiple options listed on the whiteboard and SugarWOD.
