Teamwork On A Friday?!? Yes Please!

Today you get to work with a buddy and see how far you can get in 25 minutes. One athlete will be working at a time and must complete the round before the partner can start. You will do an entire round by yourself then your partner will go. Because you have a rest while your partner works, make sure you keep the intensity high when it’s your turn. Since there is that rest, see how long you can go unbroken with the weighted movements. When you guys get into the higher rep rounds, there is more rest so keep that in mind when you are up.
