December Athlete of the Month…Andy!!

Your December Athlete of the Month is Andy! Andy was one of the first people to come in and try the Free Beginner Workout on Monday Nights when we started it almost a year ago. Somehow he found his way into Evolve and he’s stuck around ever since! One of our favorite types of people to work with are those who have athletic goals outside of the gym but have found that some consistent training inside the gym helps. Andy is an outdoorsman and it’s fun to chat about everything from climbing to mountain biking to backcountry skiing with him. He is into a lot of athletic pursuits and the training he’s putting in at the gym pays dividends outside of the gym, and we love to hear about that!

Andy is part of the 6am crew and despite the early hour he’s always got a smile and a desire to throw down. It’s been a pleasure getting to know and coach Andy over the past year, if you haven’t met him yet you should wake up for 6am and say hello!

Thanks for all of your hard work Andy, we love seeing you crush it and we’re grateful to have you at the gym!!
