Today’s Deadlifts.

Today’s strength will give you 15 minutes to work up to 3 heavy deadlifts sets: a set of 6, a set of 4, and a set of 2. Here is a breakdown of what we’re looking for:

7:00 to reach the heavy set of 6 reps, taking 3 to 4 sets to reach that weight. 

4:00 to reach the heavy set of 4, taking 1 to 2 sets to reach that weight. 

4:00 to reach the heavy set of 2, taking 1 to 2 sets to reach that weight. 

Sticking to this schedule and number of sets will give you the best bang for your buck today. We’ll post your heaviest set of 2 on the board, but SugarWOD will record all 3 sets. Deadlift days are the best days, let’s get strong today!
