Be The Antidote.

Today’s 1 mile run gives us the opportunity to be the antidote, not the poison. Below is a write-up and video from Ben Bergeron. Today, apply it. 


“I’m not complaining, I’m just stating a fact.” This is the most common retort we hear when we talk about positivity.

You’re not wrong, it is a fact. But breathing life into it by giving it a voice brings greater awareness to something negative that you have no control over.

That’s bitching. That’s complaining. And it’s poison.

“It’s so hot out here.” Yes, it is. Pointing that out isn’t going to make it any cooler. It’s just going to make you and everyone around you more miserable.

Don’t be the poison. Be the antidote.
