Saved By The Barbell!

On Saturday August 31 we will be hosting the Saved By The Barbell workout for our CrossFit Kids at 8am! The grown ups will be doing the same workout at 9am. This is a great event for a great cause! Here are some details:

Open to all of our CrossFit Evolve Kids. 

You will not have to pay for the session- however, you can sign up HERE to receive a t- shirt and donate to help teachers, schools, and students bring fitness to their schools.

You can also donate new school supplies at EVOLVE that will be given to CFE teachers for their classrooms.

This last one is a big deal! We have a lot of teachers who train with us at Evolve and they spend a lot of their own money to stock their classrooms. We can help them out by bringing in school supplies and putting them in the labeled bin by the desk. Let’s fill that thing up!
