In Teams of 2 complete the following against a running clock:

In 7:00 Establish a 2RM Front Squat

In 5:00 Max reps of box jump-overs, 24″/20″

In 3:00 Max reps of kettlebell thrusters, 55#/35#

In 5:00 Max double-unders

In 7:00 Establish a max shoulder-to-overhead

Inspired by this CrossFit Invictus WOD, you’ll work in teams of 2. Only 1 person can work at a time. One of you will have to record the weight/reps for each movement.
